| THE SKYDIVE - Tandem skydiving in Melbourne is an experience which includes the enjoyment of flying in our plane, the Yarra Valley views, having the wind in your hair, the experience of free falling at 220 kph, flying around the sky under a parachute built for two and landing ready to celebrate with a crisp Yarra Valley Champagne at one of the many fabulous wineries in the area. |

| LOCATION - The Yarra Valley is at the doorway of the Dandenong Ranges and home to the Yarra River and other waterways such as Maroondah and Silvan Reservoirs. |

| When flying over this region you will see the land blanketed with rolling pastures quilted with Vine yards, dairy stations, organic fruit and vegetable farms, hedge mazes, wild life sanctuaries and of course the stunning views of Melbourne city and the Bay. |

| LEADERSHIP - Our Chief Instructor has been the Area Safety Officer in Victoria for five years and he has also the Chairman of Instructors involved in the training and examination of Victorian Skydiving instructors (Our team page has more detail about our staff).

| Our skydiving team have participated as part of the Australian Team representing Australia on the World stage. Our skydive team are integral in sports development in the different disciplines of the sport, Other members of our team have been chosen by organisations such as the Grand Prix Corporation, the AFL and other corporate entities to land in high profile stadiums such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground. We have taken many famous faces such as Ron Barresi, Dave Hughes, Red Bull girls & the famous Spiegler Tent. We have had positive media attention from Coxy's Big Break, Ch 10, 7, and 9, The famous AFL footy show, Radio such as the Cage and 3AW (Go to corporate marketing for more detail). Ossie and Nir (whose Free Fly Team won the Australian Skydiving Championships) often get their faces into newspapers such as the AGE, Sun and the local Leader.

| CUSTOMER SERVICE - Our staff are well trained and a valuable source of skydiving information. It's easy to book a skydive with us and we will contact you (by phone and/or email) within a week of your jump to confirm the date and time. Our staff are available to answer any questions at any time and if you have any special needs or requests please also let lem know so we can cater for your requirements.

| Understanding that the most frustrating thing is the lack of control over bad weather and having to wait. This is unfortunately something that is outside our control but at all times we must hold your safety in the highest regard. The Weather Information Pack provides you with information to help you better understand when we can and can not jump and what then happens.

| We at the Melbourne Skydive Centre continually implementing improvements resulting from feedback from previous customers so as to give you the best experience possible. | SAFETY - Staff that we have chosen, training that we give, equipment we use and maintain, organisations that we are associated with such as the Australian Parachute Federation all contribute to Melbourne Skydive Centre working to the highest safety standards. The team has been hand picked by Ossie and Nir, they all have the same drive and motivation and everyone main goal is to keep our safety standard to the highest level. We have monthly meetings to discuss and implement any issues which we feel that could be improved. |

| We cater for friends and family - The most important thing to us is making sure every person that comes away with us has a personal experience to remember for a long time. People skydive for various reasons, celebrations such as birthday's & anniversaries, the out and out thrill or just just a group of friends looking to spend a day doing something a little different. We are also taking more groups of work colleagues away looking to increase staff morale and build teamwork. |

| We have BBQ facilities and spectators area and we welcome all to come down to experience the jump or their friends jump. Family and friends have a great time seeing you get out of the plane, in free fall and landing with a huge smile right in front of them! |
